In addition to the office professional orthodontic hygiene 1 time in 2 months, our orthodontists advise additional items for home hygiene:

• orthodontic toothbrush and end-tuft toothbrush;
• dental floss and brushes for interdental spaces;
• alternating toothpaste with remineralizing gel;
• irrigator for the oral cavity;
